Compared with general mechanical parts, the precision of rolling bearings is high, so use them with care and strictly in accordance with the operating procedures.

Second, the maintenance of the bearing
The bearing is coated with an appropriate amount of anti-rust oil before leaving the factory and packed with anti-rust paper. As long as the package is not damaged, the quality of the bearing will be guaranteed.
When the bearing is stored for a long time, it should be under the condition that the humidity is lower than 65% and the temperature is about 20 degrees. If the bearing has been stored for one year, the bearing should be re-detected to ensure its performance. The place where the bearings are stored should be placed on a shelf 30 cm above the ground to prevent the bearings from getting wet.
Keep the bearings in a location away from direct sunlight or in contact with cold walls.
Third, preparation before installation
Before the bearing is installed, the installation site is strictly inspected to ensure that its dimensions and geometric accuracy are within the specified tolerances. Check the surface roughness of each joint surface of the bearing to meet the processing requirements. All edges and sharp edges must be removed, and the fittings should be cleaned and wiped clean.
Fourth, the preparation of the installed bearings
When installing a new bearing, first prepare the parts to be installed, the parts are cleaned, and the other parts are ready, and then the bearings are taken out. Do not open the outer casing until the bearing is installed. The anti-rust oil coated on the bearing has good lubricating performance, the outer packaging is not damaged, the original anti-rust oil is kept good, the bearing can be cleaned without filling, the grease is directly filled (the grease must be clean, no pollution), and the installation is used.
